Innovative Inspection Training is dedicated to training individuals to become knowledgeable and proficient inspectors. Our instructional staff has more than 80 years of experience in construction inspection. Our instructors are certified by ICC, OSHPD, DSA, AWS, City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, Long Beach and all other major jurisdictions throughout the Southern California area.
Our courses are comprehensive training programs where you will learn administrative duties and enforcement of building codes and structural construction plans. Innovative Inspection Training teaches you how to properly apply and enforce the related building codes in various jobsite situations. We also develop your ability to read structural construction plans in the field of your certification. Our goal is not only for you to pass a test, but to train you to be an excellent inspector.

This workshop prepares an individual for the ACI Adhesive Anchor Installation Inspector exam.
2 day workshop, 12 hours or 1.2 CEU's (6 hours each day)- 2 Sundays

- Exam information:
- The exam is only required to obtain the ACI Post Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector certification, not for earning the CEUs. You will earn the CEUs by attending the workshop.
- To obtain the ACI Post Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector certification you must schedule and pass an open book inspector exam and a closed book practical exam
- Individuals taking the exam should register and review the contents of the Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector reference pack. (CP81PACK) at least four weeks in advance of our training to ensure you have books ready to highlight the first day of class.

This course will cover the essential inspection provisions for DSA construction projects as required by the California Building Code. Topics will include administration, structural applications, minimum building, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements and understanding of fire life safety as applied to public schools and community colleges.

ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1
We are now offering training and certification on the ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1.
What is a Concrete Field Testing Technician?
An ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 is a certified professional recognized by the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for their expertise in conducting field tests on freshly mixed concrete. This certification indicates that the individual has demonstrated the ability to perform specific tests that determine the quality and properties of concrete in its fresh state. These tests include slump testing, temperature measurement, air content testing, and sample preparation for strength testing, among others.
